Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
At Chanel's Craft Bar, standard processing time for orders is typically between 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). While we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible, please note that processing may take longer during sales, promotions, or new product launches.

SHIPPING ADDRESS/ INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we're unable to make address changes once your order is submitted.

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, marked as “unclaimed,” “return to sender,” or otherwise deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, you will be contacted via email. Once the item arrives back at our facility, our team will issue a refund for the subtotal only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Refunds are processed once the return is received and can take 2–8 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping information at checkout. Chanel's Craft Bar is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect entries.

If you contact the carrier to reroute your package after it has left our facility, Chanel's Craft Bar is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur as a result.

For orders with free shipping: If the package is returned to us due to an invalid or unknown address, or is refused, a refund will be issued minus the actual shipping cost, even if free shipping was originally applied.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

In some cases, your order may require a signature at delivery. If so, the carrier will attempt delivery up to three times (excluding weekends and holidays). Packages will not be released without a signature when required.
